Dearest Rafik – thank you so much for your wonderful work as NCSG Chair. You have worked tirelessly and showed incredible commitment to NSCG and the issues that are important to us. I remember well the first time I met you at my first GNSO Council meeting in Costa Rica - there was a tense vote about the IOC and the Red Cross and you were fearless. You’ve carried on that good work during your time as Chair and I really thank you for every minute of it.
