I had read a tweet from @qirtaiba who tweeted what Milton had said in #IGF2016 below:
Milton Mueller: Gamergate is not a cybersecurity issue. Cybersecurity is more about attacks on infrastructure, not about content regulation.
After the coup, Junta have tried to stop people to say whatever they want to, from verbal messages, the written word, to non-verbal signals. The new idea of stopping people to share opinion online is to say that the rumor is the new cybersecurity which I tried to argue to the authorities that it is not. I will quote Miltion's next time when I have to debate with the authorities, hopefully that I can change some of their minds.
