Also, despite the publication of the report, ICANN still has not included my dissenting opinion in the report’s Appendix A, although it was sent on 29 November and has been a matter of record since 2 November. However, Circle ID published it:

There are, however, a number of very solid improvements proposed in the recommendations, like improvements to the IRP and Reconsideration Request processes. However, there was a lot being stuffed into it at the last minute and so it is important that members go over the report (and appendices) with a fine tooth comb and find issues to raise in public comment (like David Post has already found on the mission issue). Public comment will be open until 21 December. NCSG will schedule a webinar in the coming days to discuss the report in detail. ICANN has scheduled two webinars for 2 December at different times to accommodate different geographic regions. Check the link to the website below for the details.
