Hi Rafik and Tapani, all:

Thank you both for the very kind introduction. In the interest of limiting cross-posting, I am replying to both lists here.

I am an Istanbul-based journalist that has worked on the periphery of Internet governance for more than 7 years, however, I was formally introduced to the community last year when I was chosen to be on of ISOC's IGF Ambassadors in Joao Pessoa. Aside from journalism and media, I've worked in conflict resolution, civil society, and academia in the U.S., Lebanon, and India.

Needless to say, I'm very excited to get more involved, and I look forward to future emails.

Best,
-Michael

Hi everyone,

I am happy as chair to welcome our new NCUC members. They applied to join NCSG and also NCUC for constituency. They were added to the NCUC mailing list and so they are  able to follow the discussion and to participate. You probably saw the announcement in NCSG list too to welcome them.

I will be happy to discuss with  members  by mail offlist or via skype if you have any question or inquiry on how to get involved or any other related matter .

So welcome to the individual members:
  1. Florian Daniel, Austria
  2. Su Sonia Herring,Turkey
  3. Michael Oghia, Turkey
  4. Giancarlo Nicolò, Italy
  5. AbdulRasheed Tamton, Saudi Arabia

Please feel free to introduce yourself to colleagues here and share any particular interests and activities related to NCUC, ICANN, etc.  We conduct most of our discussion in this mailing list, also sharing any info or relevant announcement ( official info and updates can be also found in our website ncuc.org ) . you can also follow NCUC twitter account @ncuc .
