Hi, Thanks very much for sharing that. To me, the main issue, which this article doesn't really address, is that there's no reason why this "free sample" model needs to be limited to particular websites or services. The telecoms could just put a low data-cap in place, which would serve just as well as an on ramp, without posing a challenge to net neutrality or confusing customers about what the Internet really is. I don't see Free Basics as inherently evil, it's just a shame that this model is going forward because, to me, it's unnecessarily problematic.
