Hi, all-
I noticed that a transcript of the NCPH meeting with Fadi is now available. On
pages 13 to 16 you can see the questions asked by Brett Schaefer of the Heritage
Foundation along with Fadi's response.

I'm also very curious as to who ghostwrote the original letter signed by Cruz,
Langford, and Lee. I have my suspicions...

Hi
Do we know who wrote the letter? It seemed a bit more cognizant of some inside
baseball than one would normally expect from Cruz’s staff, especially when he’s
running off to New Hampshire etc, so it’d be good to know where it came from
before interpreting further...

Yes, I asked him about the letter. We also had a short series of follow up
questions/comments. I won't try to characterize the exchange. Hopefully, the
transcript will be available soon.

Hi,

These have been available in the past, and I hope will continue to be this year
and in the future. If/when the transcripts are available, I suspect we will be
able to find them here: https://community.icann.org/ pages/viewpage.action?pageId=

Thanks.

I am under the impression that there may not be transcripts but I
believe that Brett (cc’d) did pose the questions, he might be able to
let you know the response (Which I was believe was a no comment/won
answer)

Subject: NCPH meeting with Fadi

Hi, all-

I was wondering if a transcript will be made available of the NCPH meeting with
Fadi? If not, could someone please let me know if he was asked/addressed any of
the questions outlined in the letter signed by Lee, Langford, and Cruz? If he
did, I would be curious to hear of his responses. Thanks!

Best wishes,

Ayden Férdeline
