Ok, I agree with this. We have to ask for an ICANN liaison for the HR work in WS2 to support the dialogue with ICANN/board. Of course, we don't want the situation when ICANN will appoint someone who is gonna take over and rule the issue like it happened with global public interest.
Admitting that we have to be careful.

Those are nice practical questions.
But please! don't frame it as a request to have a staff person "working on the development of a human rights policy." WE are supposed to develop the HR policy. The staff is supposed to facilitate our work.
