Every organization needs to have terms of reference/statements about its professional values and expectations for conduct.  Having a formal organizational statement and policy on sexual harassment, equity, inclusion and diversity is of key importance.  It is a lens for our work, not an additional checklist item.

Overall, I am in support of an harassment policy that ensures fair
