Those in the European region between the ages of 18-30, inclusive, are encouraged to apply to the NextGen programme for support to attend ICANN 56 in Helsinki. Details here:

Most ICANN outreach programmes are targeted towards those from developing countries. Not so NextGen, which is  region orented. Applications will be accepted until 18 April, although early application is advised. It would be great to see a large number of NCSG members take advantage of this opportunity.
