I agree with James,
For example (I am just talking theoretically) one can't vote for 2 of three
candidates + NOTA, because NOTA would mean that no candidate is selected.
No reference to our councillor candidates for the current election here,
but there is a general vulnerability in the process when the number of the
candidates match the number of seats. Means that if this is not fixed, in
the future in similar situation one can get elected even with one vote.
There is a serious flaw in the process and a serious issue of this system
for me.
