Actually, Milton, in addition to action relating to the staff, I think
action relating to the BCG is necessary.  It is the Board that is primarily
derelict, both for not supervising staff and for its own "cavalier"
attitude.  I would think that the Board should a) demand the BCG explain
itself publicy; and b) replace the BCG members with more attentive Board
members
