Hi Tapani

First I want to thank Joao for nominating me for the GNSO council. Unfortunately, I cannot accept the nomination at this point, my work plans are not clear and I would like to be fully committed to the work.  I will definitely look into running for the council in the future when things become clearer in my professional and personal life.
