I would like to lend my support to Martín’s nomination of Joan Kerr. From the conversations we have had in Marrakech and Helsinki I know her to be a strong advocate for non-commercial perspectives relating to the DNS. She has also done a fantastic job at developing strategies for expanding NPOC's membership. And she's a source of eternal optimism, something in short supply at least where I live. I am confident she would represent the NCSG well on the GNSO Council.

Dear All,

I am honored to nominate Joan Kerr for the NCSG on the GNSO Council.

Over the years I work with her she has proven to be one of the most rational, intelligent and skilled person I know. I think she is definitely the voice that is missing in the GNSO and will be a great representatives of this stakeholder interests. Her work on civil society issues speak for themselves. She will bring a much needed friendly air among NCSG in the place we need it the most.

Joan, I hope you accept this nomination.

Best regards,
Martin Silva Valent

Dear all,

I would like to thank Olevie Kouami for nominating me for a second
term as Chair and all others who've expressed their support for me,
and, despite some misgivings I've decide to accept the nomination.

My apologies for taking so long, but the decision was more
difficult than I thought it would be.

Anyway, if I'm re-elected, I hope to do better than last year.

Best regards to you all,
