Dear Friends Whilst I support anything that supports participation, I still would like to question why this program is limited to US/CA tribal members. There are many tribal groups throughout the world that are disadvantaged, have specific needs and contributions, and whose voice needs to be included in ICANN. I encourage all other RALOs , to implement similar programs.
