I do not think you can make assumptions about the choices people made.

All you know for certain is the number of people who voted in favor of
the various possible choices.
That tells you nothing about what they were against or why.

They might just have voted for what they knew and favored and ignored
the rest.  Or they may have felt motivated to use NOTA.  Or any number
of unknowable circumstances.

That is another thing I like about this method, in addition to
definitely terminating in a selection,  it shows us who we favor and
does say anything about what is not favored - it does not allows for
rubbing anything in people's faces. 

All we know is that lots of voters gave positive votes to all the
candidates - enough for them all to be elected comfortably.
