I have just spent 3 days at CPR South which was preceded by the CPR South Young Scholars Programme http://www.cprsouth.org/cprsouth-2016-young-scholars-programme/ There is some really impressive research being done in Africa on ICT use, cost, coverage, etc. and how policy and regulation interact with all these.
