Also — I appreciate that the Board likes to receive a copy of our questions in advance (presumably so that Staff can draft a response or prepare a briefing for them)... But is there any chance we can get a copy of these notes in advance, too, so that we know our question(s) have been interpreted correctly? I remember this being an issue in Marrakech where one of our questions had been read differently than we had intended.

I agree - we know the answer. SO lets use this more productively and say where we are on the various strands on HR and that we look forward to their continued engagement or something similar.


To Bills point we need to be constructive and forward looking in our discussions with the Board as well.
