My name is Melaku Girma and am a member of APC (Association for Progressive Communication) and NCSG (Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group) of ICANN. I am a PhD candidate in Software Engineering and teaching in the School of Information Science at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. I am closely working with Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to establish Ethiopian Internet Governance Forum. I am a graduate of the First School on African Internet Governance Forum, which was organized by APC and held at Durban , South Africa, in the year 2013.
