I would like to share my observation about email threads, that gets too
much responses when it comes to leadership positions. Not only in the NCUC,
but in many ICANN working groups.  I think it is due to lack of any
procedures for such cases.

I take this opportunity, to call upon the task-force whom they are working
on NCUC procedures, to consider this case.

As for my opinion on the alternate councillor and since it is a short
period, it could be divided among Avri and Martin. So one will resume
during the period of ICANN 58 and soon to be switched to another for ICANN
59.

I think this will be a compromise solution since there are not written
rules.
