That's a shame! I would rather not fill in this survey! ----------------- Arsène Tungali, @arsenebaguma +243 993810967 GPG: 523644A0 Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo Sent from my iPhone (excuse typos) > On Apr 20, 2017, at 4:05 PM, Ayden Férdeline <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > > I agree with your sentiments, Joan, as to the purpose of this exercise, but I would just like to add that is not possible to anonymise this data set. In addition to the fields we can see, I suspect the survey platform is collecting IP addresses, the date and time of submission, details on the browser, and other fingerprints which could be used to re-identify the respondent. This is particularly true given the volume of text boxes (versus multiple choice options) present, which allows for one's sentence structure / style to be analysed, and the likely small number of respondents. I think it is misleading for the consultants behind this survey to claim that they will anonymise the responses. They do not have the ability to do so. > > Ayden > > >> -------- Original Message -------- >> Subject: Re: CCWG Accountability Work Stream2: please complete the Ombudsman Survey >> Local Time: 20 April 2017 2:56 PM >> UTC Time: 20 April 2017 13:56 >> From: [log in to unmask] >> To: [log in to unmask] >> >> Thanks Farzi. >> >> It's important that surveys remain anonymous and the focus is on the response and critical input not the collection of personal data. >> Cheers, >> Joan >> >>> On Thu, Apr 20, 2017 at 9:24 AM, farzaneh badii <[log in to unmask]> wrote: >>> I will relay this to the WS2 ombuds group. >>> >>> Best >>> >>> Farzaneh >>> >>> Farzaneh >>> >>>> On Thu, Apr 20, 2017 at 9:17 AM, Joan Kerr <[log in to unmask]> wrote: >>>> Hi Dorothy, >>>> I was so surprise that the personal questions were there too.
