Hi Julf,

Here are some documents as background to the three points raised below:

1)  Our Community Comments of February with deep concerns about Registry
Voluntary Commitments and the proposed ICANN Framework that features
"enforcement," but not a systematic  process for ICANN Org /to review
and reject /proposed unacceptable RVCs. NCSG has shared a six point
guide for how ICANN might review RVCs. What does Sally think?  I should
add, as you know, that we are very concerned that ICANN not accept any
"voluntary commitment" unless they are clearly within the scope of
ICANN's 2016 Bylaws, and thus not involving content, unduly impeding
competition for who can register domain names, nor bypassing the
Multistakeholder Model (comments attached).

2) Funding for engagement and mentorship opportunities. No docs, just
being told there is none there. Is that true?  What can we do about it?

3) Our Applicant Support Program comments.  How do we make the ASP
Handbook more readable and the entire ASP program more approachable?
