I would like to add, for Asia/Policy, the name of Pindar Wong/Hong Kong.
I am sure he is known to many as the chair of the ICANN funded, then
discarded study on the At-Large system. - I propose his name also as I
have heard his presentation on Internet Governance at the
*UN ICT Task Force Regional Meeting on Internet Governance

*21 May 2004 where he proposed that the Internet cannot be "governed" as
it is a network of networks - and there is still much to be done to
organize multiple open processes of continuing coordination of
different stakeholders.
