Dr Mueller,

Excellent legal analysis-first of its kind. I have one or two lingering
questions though: Was this the appeal? And if so, what is the significance
of this decision in the context of Schrems decision, especially the issue
of parallel jurisdictions raised when the Schrems decision was passed?
Second, have the safe harbour rules been fully re-negotiated, and if not,
what are the implications? Thank you.
