I thought I might share with everyone my notes in case you were not able to attend in-person or remotely the excellent panel on Monday with the Data Protection Commissioners. Please find attached. Kudos to Stephanie Perrin and Peter Kimpian from the Council of Europe for bringing together such an esteemed panel to speak objectively and knowledgeably about WhoIs and its privacy implications.
