That wasn’t what I meant. I meant that I am assuming that the comments are not genuine – that they are made up. The U.S. has a satirical publication called the Onion that publishes “articles” that contain made up quotes or cover made up events. I was wondering if this is a similar publication.



Regardless, I don’t believe they are accurate quotes. If he really said this, the US political media would be hugely wound up. There has been no coverage that I can tell.

People aspiring to occupy such high offices should be seen to be more 'responsible' in their comments.
