The number of nominations and acceptances are indeed laudable.

It is unquestionable that in this period of transition for the NCSG, GNSO
and ICANN as a whole; we require effective and tactful representatives who
understand the overall ICANN and IG landscape. In this regard I find the
candidates best suited to provide relevant, precise, and well engaged
representation to be Sam and Edward for the GNSO Council.

I also thank and support Rafik in his role as NCSG Chair.
