Yes, Sam, I remember him from Bellanet. Great contributions of our
fellow Canadian. I recall trying to help mediate a meeting between NCUC
and NPOC with him and Klaus Stoll to try and minimize certain
differences, and Alain was fundamental in cooling down and being sensible.
