NCUC's Statement on Recommendation #6 and Recommendation #20 in the New 
GTLD Committee's final report:

Rec. #6 would add 'morality and public order' as string application 
criteria.  

Rec. #20 proposes the broad objection and rejection process for domain 
name applications.
