I am working on a charter to replace the old NCUC one with a new one for
the post-GNSO Improvements structure. 

You have already seen a sketch, and we have had some comment and
questions from various people.

 

What will happen next is for me to prepare a draft that fleshes out the
details and responds to some of the criticisms. 

 

I hope to circulate that by the end of the week.
