Yes for participation but we have men who will present and will receive support if needed. Of course the focus is on women and girls but men who have demonstrated the kind of support and/or initiatives that enable girls and women to succeed inICTs are also welcome. Our focus is on shaping and enabling gender sensitive policies in ICT and that requires everyone's participation. Unfortunately we do have limited resources so the support is competitive.
