This also offers next step for the completion of this process, as well as suggestions for improvements post-transition. ON cyberpolitics, on the line in a new era of collaboration in the cybersphace, India and US will sign a framework for bilateral cyber relationship between the two countries within the next two months. Reagrding Net neutrality in Europe, European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has published draft guidelines on the implementation by regulators of the new net neutrality rules and opened the floor for input by stakeholders and citizens until 18 July. The final guidelines, which should be adopted in late August, will shape the way EU citizens access and use the Internet in the future.
