Hi,

Just wanted to mention that I have been making some major changes on the
draft James provided.  Some stuff that was not in there and some sstuff
I disagreed with.

I was planning to send my own comments in and had thought to write that
today.  Instead I did an edit on the group stuff.  I am ready, however,
to submit my own comments if mine are too far off the NCSG-PC take.

I may do some more editing, but am pretty much done with my major
comments for today..
