This week, Microsoft telling United Nations that technology companies can do
 more to combat digital terror;  some african new Top-level Domain (TLD) applicants reportedly 
receiving termination notices this week from ICANN "as a result of missing their 
deadlines to go live", and  one month has gone since the start of the parallel testing beteween ICANN and Verisign on Root Zone Management System.
