 It has come to my attention (Thanks, Judith!) that Aberystwith U. (Wales)
are holding an  Internet Jurisdiction Symposium on Sep 10-11

They are going to stream it live to a couple of other Universities, and are
actively recruiting more locations.

It is not clear whether there will also be a public livestream.
