Dear all, As I informed you last month, I would be stepping down from NCUC Chair. To this end, according to the existing charter, I have called for an interim chair within the EC. David Cake, our Asia/Pacific Representative, expressed his willingness to step in as an interim chair of NCUC until its next elections which will be before the ICANN meeting in October (this complies with our charter requirements). The EC is fully supporting David in his new role. To this end, I now officially resign and I would like to introduce David as our interim chair and ask you all to join me in welcoming him and wishing him good luck. Thank you all for your support and collaboration – it has been a true pleasure working with all of you and I will continue to do so as an individual member.
