This is somewhat history about my personal run in with Godaddy but I 
think you might find it entertaining. This took an entire data center 
offline do to a customer getting hacked and spamming. I recorded two 
phone calles and posted them on my blog and on webhosting talk. It lead 
to a mass exodus of tens of thousands of domains from GoDaddy.
