Just a general question about whois data. I'm thinking about starting a
project to slowly mine the WHOIS database and publish the data through
high speed DNS for the purpose of using it for spam filtering. Mostly
interested in associating domain name with their registrar and returning
information on the age of the domain.

Is there anything improper or illegal about doing this?
