	Alex - I'd just like to support what Rosemary has said. In 
Australia, organisations such as ATUG that represent largely 
commercial organisations as consumers of telecomms are a valuable and 
respected part of the consumer movement in Australia.
	I regard it as a flaw in the ICANN model that organisations 
that naturally have many positions in common, and naturally would 
work together, are forced into separate silos.
