France denouncing IANA transition plan after ICANN 55 meeting; "European 
Union Council adopting position at first reading on the EU General Data 
Protection regulation" and; U.S - EU "Privacy Shield project" and 
U.S.-Germany Cyber bilateral meeting. Below, informations on those 
subjects as well as documents on cyberpolitics, net neutrality, internet
 of things..
