4.2  All NCSG votes will be held using an online voting system to be determined, 

approved and supervised by the NCSG EC



There is also long-established precedent of having the EC review the ballot. 

As I noted before, it simply makes good sense to have a diverse set of eyes look at the ballot and make sure it is correct before it goes out.
