Hello Robin,

I would like to raise the issue in the diagram of a structural IGF at national
and sub regional by taking the case of the DRC and Central Africa
organization.
This is to share this experience and how to improve it so that all
stakeholders are properly included in the dynamics.

this otption is to be able to forward the recommendations of the regional and
global IGF national and subregional levels. And in the other direction,
collect relevant concerns at national and sub-regional to discuss in regional
and global level.

best regards
