Hello everyone, 

Attached is a draft statement that I hope to send, with the NCSG Policy Committee's (PC) approval, to the second Accountability & Transparency Review Team (ATRT2), today. The statement will be from the PC on behalf of the entire NCSG, which is why I'm forwarding it to this list for everyone's information.
