One of the judges was Sri Srinivasan, who was in the short list of three for the Supreme Court post the Republicans won’t hold hearings on.  I’m guessing we’ll hear more of him…

ABC’s very neutral coverage consists of telephone companies, Chris Yoo and Berin Szoka saying it’s just awful; apparently no other talking heads were available to this disinterested guardian of the public trust http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/wireStory/court-upholds-net-neutrality-rules-internet-access-39844225
