Dear all

I'd like to nominate Nuno for the NCUC EC Europe representative.

Nuno is a European candidate with a strong African connection, and he 
was new last year on the NCUC EC.

I believe renewing his term is sensible and efficient, and I hope he 
will accept this nomination.
