Today is the Deadline! It is the last day for comments in the Public Forum
on the "National Laws Exception" to the WHOIS -- the proposal that NCUC wrote
to all Registrars to respect privacy and change the WHOIS data when their their
national data protection commissioners tell them to. **Please send a brief
comment from your organization (or you personally) supporting it? We have very
few, and we need them! **

Also, if you like legal details, please comment that registrars are entitled
to confidentiality when they are under investigation for criminal matters
(e.g., violation of national data protection laws).

Thanks, Kathy
