NCSG members & other civil society participants in Costa Rica tonight are invited to join local civil society members for dinner & drinks.

Plan is to meet after the Public Forum at 7pm at the Ramada's registration desk and then we go downtown to the National Culture Center (CENAC) where we can see great live music and we can go for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
