"Frequently Asked Questions" about ICANN's accountability plan that ICAN left off its list.

Q1. How does the org plan to handle the inherent conflict of interest with it developing its own plan?

Q2. Why wasn't community involved in the drafting of the staff plan?

Q3. Why didn't staff invite proposals from the community?

Q4. Why is there no public comment period on staff's plan?

Q5. What is the rationale for so many non-stakeholder decision makers on the coordination committee?

Q6. How does the org plan to handle the conflict of interest that board members, lawyers, senior staff, and other decision makers have to rigorously pursue reform given their legal obligations to protect the organization?
