Thanks for the nominations.

Bill Drake is American, although he currently resides
in Europe, so I will put him in the "North American, policy" slot
as a nominee for consideration.

Karen Banks I assume is European?

To make the decision more challenging, I would like to recommend Karen
Banks from APC. Any reason why we should not promote one of our own
members?  And, speaking of Europeans, we could also consider Bill
Drake.

Any ideas for the other regions?
