Amr has kindly answered this question, it is Maryam who looks after 
non-delivery of ballots.  However, it might be helpful if Tapani sent 
out a reminder to folks pointing this out, rather than just say ask any 
questions about the process.  New members in particular might not be 
clear on whether they are entitled to vote in this election, and usually 
some ballots do go missing.

I would like a ballot please Maryam.  It is not in the spam filter.
