I think the registrars have a thing about not appointing one of their 
own, perhaps they'll drop it this time.  Support from NCUC would be 
good.

Whoever it is it can't be a North American. GNSO puts two people on 
the board and they must be from different regions:  Rita Rodin's 
North American (plus there are five North American's on the board and 
there can't be more than five from any region.)

And, the NomCom is seeking candidates.

is one seat, NomCom is three.  Don't ignore us... ISOC insiders we 
may be (thanks Milton, never ceases to amaze how you manage to type 
while your heads so far from the daylight) but we do try.
